Hello!
I have worked with folks from all walks of life, that have required support with their mental health. I really enjoy working with Autistic folks, Gifted folks, ADHDers, LGBTQIA+ folks.
I am multi-exceptional (Autistic, ADHDer, Gifted) which means I think outside the box, so you won't receive any cookie cutter services from me! I am also part of the LGBTIQIA+ community so I understand the culture and day to day joys and struggles of being a queer person.
Social justice and human rights are very important to me and I have been subject to and worked within systems and understand the impact of ableism and stigma. I am down to earth with a great sense of humour (well at least I think so).
Living by my values it something that is important to me and I endeavour to live out these values in my work:
-
Integrity: Honest and ethical
-
Equity: Fairness and social justice
-
Wisdom: Integrating theory, research, practice experience and lived experience
-
Curiosity: Openness to different perspectives and lifelong learning - when you know better you do better
My practice framework encompasses a combination of:
-
Neurodivergent Affirming: Valuing and supporting neurodivergent identities, strengths, and lived experiences.
-
Trauma-Informed: Understanding the impact of trauma and working in ways that prioritise safety, choice, and empowerment.
-
Multidimensional Human Development: Considering the dynamic and interconnected factors that influence human growth and change.
-
Systemic Practice: Exploring how systems and structures impact individuals, teams, and communities.
-
Critical Social Work: Challenging structural inequalities and promoting social justice in practice.
-
Positive Disintegration: Viewing growth and transformation as an ongoing process, often driven by deep, challenging experiences.
-
Existentialism: Exploring meaning, purpose, and values in your personal and professional life.
As for treatment modalities, I utilise a combination of:
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
-
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
-
Attachment-Based Therapy

Neurodivergent Business Consultant
Hello!
I'm a proud ADHDer and part of the LGBTQIA+ community. With a background in management and business operations, I empower fellow neurodivergent business owners to thrive by leveraging their unique strengths.
Having spent over 5 years in leadership and store management roles, I understand the challenges neurodivergent individuals face in business. My approach blends personal experience and practical strategies that foster creativity, growth, and success.
I'm passionate about creating inclusive environments where diverse perspectives shine. My consulting services focus on operational assessments, strategic planning, and performance enhancement. I also share insights and resources to inspire and support others on their business journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy coffee, spending time with my cats and wife, and continuously learning about neurodivergence.
