Hello!
I have worked with folks from all walks of life, that have required support with their mental health. I really enjoy working with Autistic folks, ADHDers, LGBTQIA+ folks.
I am multiply neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHDer, Gifted) which means I think outside the box, so you won't receive any cookie cutter services from me! I am also part of the LGBTIQIA+ community so I understand the culture and day to day joys and struggles of being a queer person.
Social justice and human rights are very important to me and I have been subject to and worked within systems and understand the impact of ableism and stigma. I am down to earth with a great sense of humour (well at least I think so).
Living by my values it something that is important to me and I endeavour to live out these values in my work:
-
Integrity - Honest and ethical
-
Equity - Fairness and social justice
-
Wisdom - Integrating theory, research, practice experience and lived experience
-
Curiosity - Openness to different perspectives and lifelong learning - when you know better you do better
My practice framework encompasses a combination of Neurodivergent affirming, trauma-informed and systemic practice, critical social work, positive disintegration and existentialism.
As for treatment modalities, I utilise a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, The Flash Technique, and Polyvagal Mapping.

Neurodivergent Business Consultant
Hello!
I'm a proud ADHDer and part of the LGBTQIA+ community. With a background in management and business operations, I empower fellow neurodivergent business owners to thrive by leveraging their unique strengths.
Having spent over 5 years in leadership and store management roles, I understand the challenges neurodivergent individuals face in business. My approach blends personal experience and practical strategies that foster creativity, growth, and success.
I'm passionate about creating inclusive environments where diverse perspectives shine. My consulting services focus on operational assessments, strategic planning, and performance enhancement. I also share insights and resources to inspire and support others on their business journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy coffee, spending time with my cats and wife, and continuously learning about neurodivergence.

Hello!
I'm a queer, non-binary, AuDHD’er and I’m passionate about providing authentic support for my community – neurodivergent LGBTQIA+ folks. I especially love working with neurodivergent trans and gender diverse teenagers and young adults – I have extensive experience in exploring gender identity and sexuality, gender dysphoria and pushing back against the binary.
My professional special interest is queer and trans inclusive sexual education and healthy relationships - including open, non-monogamous and polyamorous dynamics. My personal special interest is pet rats – please ask me questions if you’re curious!
As a social worker, I am a big advocate for social justice and identifying and unpacking the impact of external systems and stressors on our day to day lives. I value inclusion, acceptance, self-determination, authenticity and kindness – and these values guide my professional practice.
